Goals

I need to set up some goals for the year

Physical: By the beginning of 2007 I'd like to weigh no more that 220 lbs. I'm starting out at 270, so this is around a pound a week.

I will ride the bike in at least 2 metric centuries. The full century is just too painful on the knees at this point in life.

I will walk/job daily, weather permitting.

I will do push ups, ect. daily.

I will do some moderate lifting at the health club.
